Title: Strawberry Meringues with Vanilla Parfail (Menu-3/3)+

1 (to 2) Tbs.
2 (to 3) Tbs.
10 Store bought meringues
  (shaped like a small bowl)
  Vanilla ice cream)
2 Egg yolks
1 Egg
80gSugar
1/2cHeavy cream
  Vanilla sugar
1tbEggnog
  Lemon juice
  Honey
  Grand Marnier
  Vanilla Parfait (or
  Substitute

Strawberry Meringues: wash strawberries, drain, and marinate with sugar, lemon juice, honey and Grand Marnier. Place vanilla ice cream or Vanilla parfait in the middle of the plate, and arrange strawberries over it. Garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves and press meringues on the sides.

Vanilla Parfait: Beat egg yolks, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a double boiler until creamy. After taking the mixture off the heat, continue beating over ice, add whipped cream and eggnog and freeze.
